Bangkok----ready or not----here we come!!

On January 11th, Ryan and I left Nepal for Bangkok, Thailand to wait on the birth of our babies: We were not supposed to leave until January 25th but because of the high risk of twins coming early and because our doctor in Nepal was going out of town for a while, the decision was made for us to come even earlier than expected: We are very thankful to be here: It is so wonderful to be near such an amazing hospital and we feel blessed by God to have this time to rest and relax before the babies come: Ryan is spending a good amount of his time working on projects for our work in Nepal, and we spend a lot of time emailing and trying to keep up with what is going on in Nepal, and we do a lot of reading, talking, and watching TV: We get out some {which is great} but I am limited in how much I can do and how much I can be out and about: so our excrusions are usually pretty uneventful but fun nonetheless! Also, the food in Thailand is wonderful and we are so thankful for it! We have enjoyed eating Subway, Auntie Anne's pretzels, Pizza Hut, Starbucks and Thai food, etc! Here are some pictures of where we are staying: Picture 1 is the gate where we enter to get into the guest house; Picture 3 is of the main building which consists of a kichen and sitting room and offices as well as the guest rooms for guest who are staying for short visits; Picture 2 is of our building, we are staying on the bottom floor: We have a great little furnished apartment: It has two rooms {a kitchen with a sitting area and desk and a bedroom [with a crib too] with a TV and bathroom} and is perfect for us! The top floor of our building is also a furnished apartment but is for a bigger family with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! We feel very blessed to be here and thankful for all that God has given us!
