Volunteers

In our work, we get to work with a lot of volunteers. The longer we are here, the more teams we have had the opportunity to work with. It is so neat to see how God uses people of all ages, from all walks of life, with all different talents, from all over the world, to bring about his purposes. In late May we had the priviledge of having four college guys come and join our team for 7 weeks. We spent a few days in orientation teaching them all about Nepali and Tibetan culture, beliefs and life. Volunteers are key to our work here. These four guys are spending their summer in an area of Nepal that very, very few foreigners have ever gone. It is a place that Ryan and I and our team have been praying about for a long time. It is clearly the work of God that the right doors opened for them to be able to spend their summer in this place. Thanks guys for being willing to follow God wherever He leads...even to crazy far away places in the Himalayas.
