Tonight, our team went out for dinner at one of the nicest restaurants in Kathmandu...it was a real treat! It is a restaurant called The Rox and it is inside The Hyatt hotel. One of our teammates is getting ready to head back to America and we were having a farewell dinner for her. She will definitely be missed!! Some of our other American friends watched our kids for us, which was a real blessing, and so we really enjoyed a nice quiet evening of good food and good fellowship together.
