For a long time many of us here in Kathmandu have been talking about how awesome it would be if there were a Mexican restaurant here, well, a few months ago we were all in a position of needing business visas and decided what better business than a Mexican Restaurant! So, we have partnered with a Nepali family and others to open the best {and only} true Mexican restaurant in town! It has been an adventure and we have learned so much about the culture here that we did not know before! Helping to get the place started has had its ups and downs but the food is delicious and people love it! The restaurant is called The Lazy Gringo!
The blue door is the door to the kitchen and the door to the restaurant is just to the left!

How cool!!! What a fun idea! Looks like an awesome place! If I'm ever up there, I totally want to come and eat there! Looks awesome!
What a great idea! Looks like quite the place - would love 2 stop by 4 a taco someday... :)
