The Lazy Gringo, the mexican restaurant that we help run in Kathmandu for our visa, is doing great. Nepalis, Tibetans, tourists and Westerners living in Nepal continue to come and love the food. We have added new drinks (like Cherry Lemonade, watermelon slushies, etc) to the list and they are big hits! Above you can see Bo and Tom (our friends and two of our partners at the restaurant) enjoying a cherry lemonade!
And here is Kumar. Kumar is amazing. He basically runs the place. He has such a great attitude and loves working with the foreign guests. Sometimes we call him Pancho. Although he (and the other Nepali workers) will eat the mexican food occassionally, they prefer to stick to their staple meal of rice and beans for lunch each day!
