A couple of weeks ago our restaurant The Lazy Gringo had a booth at a basketball tournament at a school here. Our staff did an amazing job preparing the food and getting ready for the event. When we arrived at the restaurant that morning to pick up a few of the staff and all the food they were already loading the food downstairs and were just 100% on top of things. We are truly blessed with such a great staff.

It was a good day and we were able to make a good amount of profit for our restaurant while doing something fun together.
