Volunteers!

Working with volunteers is one of the many parts of our job that we love!!! These past two weeks we have been blessed to be able to partner with 2 different teams. These two teams came to help us fill two drastically different needs here in Nepal. The pictures in this post are from the first team. This team actually came from South Korea. They were amazing, flexible and super generous. God definitely used them in amazing ways and the love of Christ was evident in their actions and lives. We enjoyed getting to spend the week with them. Here is a little glimpse into that week:

At a children's home.

We went for a long scenic drive so that the team could see a little of what Nepal is like outside of the crazy city life and we found this small village area and were able to spend some time talking and sharing with the people there.
Cute girls from that village
People here love having their picture taken and they especially love being able to see it on the screen after you take it. These girls were a little shy but were happy to get a photo.
A bunch of Nepali men riding in a dump truck near some rice fields
Rice fields and village scenery only about 20 minutes outside of Kathmandu
Keane and Gracie on the grounds of a Tibetan Buddhist nunnery where the team tried to reach out. A few of the nuns there enjoyed seeing Keane and Gracie (you can see them in this pic)

The team was wonderful to offer prayer for others too.
