The Amazing Himalayas

A really large part of what we do here is working in remote mountain villages. We are not always the ones actually going there but we partner together with volunteers, national brothers and sisters, and teammates to get the Gospel and the love of Jesus to the many different remote mountain villages scattered throughout the Himalayan mountains of Nepal. It is a big task and we are so thankful that we are not out here alone. God loves the people of Nepal more than all of our ever could and He desires to have a relationship with them. Although often it is not easy, it is a privilege to be a part of the work God is doing in these unreached areas of the world. Recently, Ryan was able to join a small team from our home church and some national brothers on a 2 week trek to a very remote area, an area that we have never been to before and an area that has had very, very little Christian presence among it, many, many people there have never even heard the name of Jesus before. Although the trip was physically, mentally and emotionally exhausting the team had an amazing time and got to see God work as people heard about the love of Christ and God as the creator of the world. There is definitely not room here for me to write all of the different stories and highlights from his trip so I thought the best way to do it would be through a few pictures:
